Happy first day of school, kind-of! Even though we continued school through the summer, the beginning of September marks the official first days of school for lots of other families across the states. As you can see Max was super excited to get our new box of Mother Goose Time Curriculum for September!
Coming up this month, Friends & Feelings! We will learn about Saying Hello to our friends as well as sharing, caring and saying sorry. All important developmental skills our preschoolers need to posses to become positive members of today's society.
I love hearing the comment, " I don't know how you do it" when people find out we home school our boys. This is the reason I am posting today! Mother Goose Time makes it so easy for us to maintain our busy lives with traveling and community events, yet still be able to have a good home school schedule. I am a very organized person, so I LOVE that in the teachers kit, we get an activity calendar that lays everything out for us.
Within this months, and every months kit, we get weekly lesson plans with a section that is empty, to allow us to personalized our day to each kiddos individual needs. 20 lessons for the month allows us to work Monday thru Friday or any five days of the week! These teachers plans and so many more informative resources are all part of the kit each month. Check out our teachers kit for September!
At our house we like to skip Wednesdays and work on Saturdays to allow dad in on all the homeschool fun! Mother Goose Time lays everything out for each lesson, so even dads can do it! ( Well, kind of) 😆😆😆
